To all exhibitors:

We have decided to extend the show to a future date.  Our first and foremost goal is to provide the best show possible for both you, the exhibitors, and for the bowhunters who would be attending.

Our decision was based on promotional and advertising opportunities.  We want to run an extensive magazine advertising campaign and it wasn’t possible within their print deadlines.  At best we could have been in one issue and that didn’t provide us with the exposure we wanted.

Likewise, time to get the bowhunting forums going was limited.  We have also decided that we would like to run a longer television campaign than we had scheduled, and as such time was too short to do justice to the show.

The Bowhunting Supershow will be held at a future date and place.  We will announce as soon as we reassess the best marketing opportunities, and have sufficient time to let everyone assimilate the show information and plan adequately for the event.
In all likelihood the show will be in March, 2013.  We expect to finalize the details within the next 30-60 days and will keep you informed.
